Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Processing: we pack and send orders within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are sent on the next business day.

Courier: orders go out with Aramex. You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times: times are counted from dispatch and are estimates. Rural and outlying areas can take a few extra days. The December holidays are busy, so please order early if you need your pillow before a trip.

Address: please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after the courier's delivery attempts, we may charge the cost of re-sending it.

Lost or late parcels: if your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, email us at sharpsharptravel@gmail.com and we'll follow up with the courier.
